This role involves evaluating and recommending vendors based on cost, time, and quality through a systematic process. Responsibilities include on-boarding and finalizing contractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and timelines, and preparing procurement documents. The role also covers vendor management, cost negotiations, new product development, and strategy planning. Additional duties include benchmarking costs, collecting market intelligence, tracking pricing, and seeking cost reductions. The individual will lead negotiations, manage contracts per SOPs, identify process improvements, leverage vendor capabilities, act as the primary contact for category needs, prepare MIS reports, manage contract administration, and conduct audits for the Contracts & Procurement department.

Vendor Evaluation

• Evaluate and recommend vendors.
• Prepare necessary procurement documents.

Oversee procurement for cost efficiency.

BE - Civil with 8+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry.
