Job Summary
:

Program Manager in MRV will facilitate product development efforts for new and upcoming projects from concept to production. This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders across the spectrum to prepare the project plan, track and monitor progress. The role also entails managing budgets and resources to meet the project deliverables.  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills, interpersonal skills, self-driven and passion for innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities
:
  1. Facilitate responses & proposals from COE to Platform for new product requests from Product Planning.
  2. Prepare budget with inputs from key stakeholders and facilitate approvals
  3. Prepare and signoff project plans with aggregate COEs & Project team, CDMM, SSU & Manufacturing. (From concept to production)
  4. Identify risks, prioritise risks, plan risk response and track them
  5. Track & monitor projects as per signed off project plan. Collaborate with the team for identifying risks & critical issues. Plan, execute & track risk mitigation & mitigation actions (for critical issues) with the CFT. Ensure project milestones are met on time.
  6. Facilitate production related activities (Design For Assembly, Mfg. readiness) with various stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Component development team & Plant)
  7. Conflict resolution between aggregates and facilitate resolution.
  8. Resource Planning - Ensure availability of resources aligning to the project delivery.
  9. Monitoring of project budget with inputs from Platform Finance and ensure adherence within approved limits.
  10. Release of project progress reports with insights to stakeholders, management as per defined frequency.
  11. Work with quality planning & CFT to prepare for gateways and ensure adherence and clearance of the same.
  12. Maintain OPL (Open points list) for the project, track open issues to closure.
Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)
:
  1. BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
  2. 10+ Years of Experience
