In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will work collaboratively across departments to drive initiatives that promote environmental responsibility and social impact.

1. Develop and execute the company’s sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
2. Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to evaluate current practices and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with various teams to integrate sustainability practices into operations, supply chain, and product development.
4. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, preparing reports for stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability.
6. Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, to promote sustainability initiatives.
7. Organize training and awareness programs to foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
8. Lead initiatives focused on reducing carbon footprint, waste management, and resource conservation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in sustainability management or corporate social responsibility.
3. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, regulations, and best practices.
4. Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.

1. Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Professional certifications such as LEED, ISO 14001, or similar.
3. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, or renewable energy.
4. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP).
5. Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
