Mr Manoj Bhat is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Mahindra Holidays and is responsible for the definition and execution of the strategic direction for the company. He is a Member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board.

He has 28 years of extensive experience in strategy, M&A, finance, corporate planning, governance, and controllership. In his prior role as Mahindra Group's Chief Financial Officer, Mr Manoj Bhat was instrumental in leading the Group Finance leadership team with a focus on capital allocation and performance management across the Mahindra Group. In an earlier stint, Manoj was the Chief Financial Officer at Tech Mahindra, responsible for the Finance and Secretarial functions across 160 subsidiaries and over 90 countries. He also led the M&A and Corporate Planning function for Tech Mahindra through its growth journey.

Manoj started his career with HCL Perot Systems and worked in various finance and strategy roles across multiple geographies.

He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Holiday Club Resorts Oy Finland, Pininfarina S.p.A and Smartshift Logistics Solutions. Manoj has also served as a director on the boards of Tech Mahindra, Classic Legends, and Mahindra Susten.

Manoj has a Bachelor's degree in Technology from IIT Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Bangalore.
