Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra today announced the appointment of Ms. Nirmala Gill as Vice-President, Legal Affairs, Mahindra & Mahindra.

Ms. Gill is a Law graduate from the prestigious ILS, Pune and holds a Post-graduate degree in Law from Cambridge, U.K. She is also a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Prior to joining Mahindra, Ms. Gill was with Tata Motors, where she worked for over three years as the Chief Legal Counsel. She has earlier also been associated with Mahindra & Mahindra in the capacity of an external Legal Advisor, on behalf of Little and Company, where she worked in various capacities and eventually became a partner.

At Mahindra & Mahindra, Ms. Gill will be responsible for all legal matters pertaining to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
