Puneet Renjhen is the Executive Vice President of Partnerships & Alliances and a member of Group Executive Board. In his role, Puneet serves as a Board of Director for Mahindra Susten, New Delhi Centre For Sight Limited & Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd. Previously, Puneet spent c. 20 years in investment banking, primarily with Avendus Capital, Citi and Standard Chartered and worked in their London, Singapore and Mumbai offices. During his Investment Banking career, Puneet advised both global and Indian corporations on financing, advisory and capital market transactions of greater than $25 billion.

Some of the key transactions executed by Puneet include BII Investment in Mahindra SUV Electric Business, Tata Motors acquisition of Jaguar Land Rover, Sale of Mphasis, sale of select Mahindra Susten assets to CLP India, fund raising by Mahindra group, Tata group, Infosys, Bharat Forge etc

Puneet holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and has completed management courses at the London Business School in Leadership, Strategy, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Puneet currently lives in Mumbai with his wife Pooja (who is a home maker), and their two sons, Rehaan and Aarav. Puneet is an avid tennis player and swimmer.
