Mr. Ranjan Pant

Mr. Ranjan Pant is a CEO Advisor and consultant specializing in global strategy and change management. With a tenure spanning over three decades, he has leveraged his expertise across diverse industries and international conglomerates. Education: Mr. Ranjan Pant is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from BITS, Pilani and MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sat Pal Bhanoo

Mr. Sat Pal Bhanoo has taken charge as Managing Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (“LIC”) on 20th July, 2023. He joined the Corporation as Special Batch Direct Recruit Officer in October, 1988. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History (Honors) from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.

Ms. Padmasree Warrior

Ms. Padmasree Warrior is the Founder, President and CEO of Fable, a mobile-first company that brings stories for everyone, anywhere. Previously, Ms. Padma was the Chief Executive Officer of NIO U.S., Chief Development Officer and Board Member of NIO Inc., a manufacturer of Smart, Electric, and Autonomous Vehicles. In this role she scaled the company from start-up to a successful IPO NYSE:NIO in 3 years. Prior to NIO, Ms. Warrior served as the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer (CTSO) for Cisco until September, 2015.

Mr. Lakshmanan Chidambaram

Lakshmanan Chidambaram (known as CTL) is a visionary business leader, and ambassador for the Mahindra Group. As the President for the Americas business at Tech Mahindra, he leads strategy, transformation and innovation for the organization’s multi-billion-dollar business thus driving growth across a diverse industry unit, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, utilities, transportation, and the public sector.

Mr. Raul Rebello

Raul is a career banker with extensive experience in the domain of Rural Banking and Financial Inclusion. He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited on 1st September 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Over the past 19 months, he has capably led the growth and transformation journey at Mahindra Finance, demonstrating strong leadership. Prior to joining Mahindra Finance, he was with Axis Bank as EVP & Head – Rural Lending & Financial Inclusion.

Mr. Mohit Joshi

Mohit Joshi is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tech Mahindra – a leading IT services consulting company driving transformation through adoption of emerging tech. Tech Mahindra is built on a strong engineering foundation backed by the values representing 75 years of Mahindra Group's rich heritage. Mohit is also a member of the Group Executive Board at Mahindra Group.

Women in Blues

Every year, the Mahindra Group hosts cultural festivals that give artists equitable opportunities to showcase their art to patrons. They create a stage that only recognises talent, without the shackles of gender, age or language. The Mahindra Blues Festival is one such event that brings the vibrant Blues music to India.

Andrea Ackroyd

Andrea is the powerhouse behind Mahindra Racing's performance engineering team. Before dawn breaks, Andrea's already at work, charting the course for the day ahead. With her keen eye on data she meticulously plans each move to gain an edge on the track. Collaboration is key in her role, where she works closely with colleagues from various departments, constantly striving to shave off those crucial milliseconds. But it's no smooth ride. Andrea faces the relentless pursuit of performance, always pushing the boundaries in our competitive field.

Pawani Sharma

In the heart of a quiet village in Siwan, Bihar, Pawani's journey began in humble surroundings. With her father running a small cycle shop and her mother a homemaker, Pawani, the youngest of four siblings, dreamt beyond the confines of her upbringing. Despite facing initial resistance from her family, Pawani remained steadfast in her determination to pursue education and carve her own path.
