In this role, you will oversee the internal audit function, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency within the organization. You will play a crucial part in safeguarding the company’s assets and improving its processes.

1. Lead and manage the internal audit team, providing guidance and support.
2. Plan, execute, and report on audits across various functions to assess compliance with policies and regulations.
3. Identify risks and recommend improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with management to develop and implement action plans based on audit findings.
5. Monitor the implementation of recommendations and follow up on audit issues.
6. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the audit program remains relevant and effective.
8. Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification
3. 5-8 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management.
4. Strong understanding of audit methodologies and standards.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
2. Experience in the manufacturing or services industry.
3. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
4. Previous leadership experience in managing audit teams.
5. Familiarity with data analytics and risk assessment techniques.
