Seeking a finance professional to join Mahindra Team to manage the payroll, employee claims and direct taxation. Ensure compliance with related party transactions and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver accurate and timely financial results. 1. Payroll & Employee Claims:

a)Monitoring the pay roll processing, Monthly MIS to all the Corporate /Employee Relation and attending their queries and Statutory compliances.
b) Actuarial valuation – Data compilation and coordinating with Corporate Accounts, Submission of Annual Pay roll Budget and Union Agreements

2. Direct Taxation –
Will be responsible for managing all aspects of direct tax compliance, including income tax, corporate tax, and withholding tax. This will involve Tax planning and advisory to minimize tax liabilities, Handling tax audits and assessments, Preparing and filing tax returns and Representing the company before tax authorities and Identifying and mitigating tax risks

3. Related Party Transactions

a)Analysing and documenting all related party transactions in accordance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations
b)Ensuring the appropriate transfer pricing methodology is applied to all intercompany transactions
c)Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and assisting in transfer pricing audits and negotiations with tax authorities

1. CA with 4-5 years of experience

The job incumbent has to manager all Manufacturing plant accounts related responsibilities, where close coordination with Plant line managers shall be required on day to day basis.

1. MIS generation for Plant Accounts
2. Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned depts for implementing corrective actions.
3. Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts.
4. Organising information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines
5. Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses
6. Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts
7. Initiating process improvements and digitisation projects for Plant Accounts
8. Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts

1. Qualification: CA/ICWA
2. Experience: 8- 10 years
3. SAP knowledge (FI - Module)

1. Experience in Manufacturing/Automobile industry is preferred.
2. Knowledge of related statues – GST/TDS/PF etc.
