Job Summary
:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and project management, with a focus on implementing and managing DevOps practices and manage the projects. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ELK-based solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
:
  1. Implement and manage DevSecOps practices and methodologies within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline.
  3. Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
  4. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
  5. Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting incident investigations and providing remediation plans.
  6. Implement and manage security tools and technologies such as DAST, SAST, and container security.
  7. Automate security controls and processes to ensure consistent and efficient security practices.
  8. Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and perform code reviews.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to team members in implementing secure DevOps practices.
  10. Conduct security awareness training for development and operations teams.
Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)
:
  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and project management roles.
  3. Strong experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices and Project Manager role for 3 years.
  4. Proficiency with the Dynatrace, or ELK & APM tool stack (like Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  5. In-depth knowledge of system administration, Linux operating systems, and networking.
  6. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure. GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  7. Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  8. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Qualification & Experience Requirements (Preferred)
:
  1. Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMP, PRINCE2).
  2. Experience with other monitoring and log management tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
  3. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  4. Certified DevOps Engineer: will have advantage (GCP, AWS or Azure)

Job Summary
:

We are looking for a legal resource for Group Corporate Offices with PQE of 4 - 5 years who can provide legal support and guidance for to various business functions such as IT, Corporate Social Responsibility, brand, communications, sustainability, HR, admin etc. The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various business agreements, such as Master Service Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, procurement agreements, licensing agreements, SOWs. SLAs, marketing agreements, lease, leave and license agreements etc.

Role & Responsibilities
:
  1. Proactive engagement with business teams

  2. Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, and discuss with internal and external stakeholders.

  3. Ensure that business contracts are aligned with the group’s policies, standards, and objectives.

  4. Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters, such as data privacy, security, intellectual property, licensing, AI, stamp duty, and regulatory compliance.

  5. Identify and mitigate contractual risks and issues and escalate them as appropriate.

  6. Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and legal colleagues to support multiple projects and initiatives.

  7. Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the corporate and commercial law space and best practices.

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)

Job Summary
:

We are seeking an efficient and proactive Program manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and governance of our projects, providing comprehensive support to management and team members, fostering strong partnerships, and overseeing the launch and maintenance of our Kaabil digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in managing project budgets, documentation, and compliance, while also coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deliverables. Additionally, the role involves supporting fundraising efforts, maintaining donor relationships, and facilitating effective monitoring, learning, and evaluation processes.

Role & Responsibilities
:
  1. Fundraising support:
    • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to raise CSR funds for our program
    • Collaborate with potential donors, partners, and stakeholders to apply for grants and funds towards scaling the initiative
    • Represent Kaabil in CSR-related events and convenings to increase visibility and support
  2. Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE):
    • Support in design and implementation of MLE frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Kaabil’s skilling programs and application
    • Support the incorporation of learnings and feedback into the program in collaboration with implementation partners
  3. Impact Assessment:
    • Lead efforts to track and measure the social impact of Kaabil’s initiatives, focusing on the transformation in the lives of women empowered through our programs and application
    • Conduct surveys, interviews, and other assessments to gather feedback and continuously improve the program’s offerings
    • Liaise closely with external partners to ensure high-quality impact assessments
  4. Partnership and management support:
    • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
    • Support the integration of new partners and collaborators into Kaabil’s application to enhance reach, including unlocking job opportunities within the Mahindra group, placements, process setting, and program governance and monitoring
    • Lead efforts for internal and external status reporting, presentations, and documentation
  5. Project support & administrative responsibilities:
    • Manage project budgets and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Conduct monthly status meetings with implementation partners to resolve issues, and monitor project plans, key decisions, and ensure alignment with compliance-related artifacts
Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)
:
  • Master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • Proven experience in project management, including budget management, documentation, and compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis

  • Familiarity with digital platforms, technology projects and basic marketing

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Preferred)

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Some sales experience or fundraising, client relationship management and support
