Job Summary
:

Retain & grow customer relationships for a greater share of wallet while ensuring outstanding customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities
:
  1. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  2. Co-ordinate for pre-sales and post-sales processes and follow-ups.
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  5. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing innovative solutions to meet & exceed expectations.
  6. Ensure delivery of optimal products and services in a timely manner.
  7. Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  8. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  9. Create continuous customer engagement programs to ensure top-of-mind recall for MMFSL product suite.
  10. Prepare regular reports, MIS of progress and forecasts for all stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualification & Experience Requirements
:

5-8 Yr experience (majorly in Leasing, other relevant experience includes Auto Finance)

Job Summary
:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager of Business Development and Sales to lead and drive the growth of our organization. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives and be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You will work closely with senior leadership to define sales goals, identify new market opportunities, and enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Role & Responsibilities
:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective government or PSU clients through cold calls, networking, and market research.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in government sector or PSUs. Identify and prioritize potential government clients and opportunities. Stay updated on government policies, procurement processes, and cybersecurity regulations to align offerings accordingly.

  • Solution Selling: Understand client challenges, present tailored cyber security solutions, and address objections effectively.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their cybersecurity needs.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor activities to provide strategic input to the sales team.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the technical team to deliver product demonstrations and craft customized proposals.

  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Mandatory)
:

Qualification - Graduation in Any discipline/ Post-Graduation in IT.

Experience - 8+ years

Qualification & Experience Requirements (Preferred)
:

Qualification: - B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication) / MCA / MBA – IT.

Experience: - Understanding of cyber security solutions and services, such as VAPT, AppSec, Red Teaming, SOC, firewalls, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence etc.
